NIA Technique

Hi Friends,

I am enjoying teaching NIA so much again this week. Especially the Aqua NIA class that started on Tuesday. Thank you to those of you who attended. What a wonderful time we had. Many of you have asked for a reminder, so here it is. Please pass this onto to others who might enjoy attending.

All my classes are at Tamarack Wellness Center, 3575 Donald St.
Call 683-7506 for all registration, except my morning classes.
Showers are available at the pool for $1.
Both pool & yoga center have separate scholarships available; just ask for an application at each office.

M – W – F
8-9 am ongoing classes w/Katie $6-9 sliding scale drop in rate and $50. for unlimited morning classes for 4 weeks.

Monday
4:30 – 5:30 pm NIA For Self-Healing Series (starts 1/12) w/Katie $8 drop-in rate $75 per 10 week series

Tuesday (every other Tuesday, thru Feb.)
7:30 – 8:45 pm Aqua NIA Series (starts 1/13) w/Katie $9 drop-in rate $30 per 4 week series
Aqua Dance with Teresa are on the alternating Tuesdays....super fun!

Wednesday
4:15 – 5:15 pm Classic NIA (starts 1/14) w/Janet (my mentor, friend, and NIA Black Belt) $8 drop-in rate $75 per 10 week series

Friday
4:30 – 5:30 pm Classic NIA Series w/World Music! (starts 1/16) w/Katie $8 drop-in rate $75 per 10 week series

If the "series" classes are well attended, they will eventually become ongoing, so we won't have breaks between terms. And if they aren't, the classes could be cut by the end of the month, so don't wait to attend a class, if you are interested.

If you need babysitting for an afternoon or evening class, or some other time,my son Ethan, now 14, is Red Cross certified & needing new clients.
